Following an International Cheese and beverage service course, attendees lined up to feast on large trays of Chicken Marsala, Poached Dover Sole, Penne Pasta in Vodka Sauce, Hand-carved to Order Roast Beef, Salads, Vegetables and More! |
And dessert featured a custom ARRL decorated Fresh Strawberry Filled Buttercream Cake - sorry, there were no leftovers! |
